DAY TWO
Focusing on you.
YOU MATTER.
All too often I hear people say they find it too difficult to move on with the feelings of grief.
Due to the overwhelming feelings of grief AND the fact that suicide is not a part of your family identity, you can feel stuck with feelings of guilt, responsibility and shame about what happened.
Hear today what to do when the time comes to prioritise yourself and find ways to reflect, heal, rebuild who you are and even love yourself again.
You are still here and it is possible to find a way forward.
