Picking up the Pieces after a suicide loss

Season #1 Episode #1

This is the first in a series of podcasts where suicide loss suvivors come together to share their healing journey.

This episode is my story and how, as a psychotherapist and counselling psychologist in training - I had to pick up the pieces after my brother's suicide.

I share how I have come to a place where I am able to manage my grief - so although it will never disappear, I am able to move forward each day the best way I can.

Hosting this podcast and supporting others is part of the journey.
