Rebuild: A Community for Suicide Loss

Membership Participation Agreement

A Safe, Compassionate, and Professional Space for Healing

By joining this membership, you are confirming that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. This agreement ensures that all members experience safety, respect, and clarity within the community.

1. Nature of This Membership

Rebuild is a professionally guided, trauma-informed membership space for those grieving a suicide loss. It is a supportive, educational, and reflective community — not a replacement for individual therapy, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • This community offers educational, peer-based, and trauma-informed support.

  • Participation does not create a therapeutic relationship with the facilitator.

  • You are responsible for your own emotional wellbeing and self-care.

  • This membership is not intended to diagnose or treat any mental health condition.

Although the founder is a qualified Counselling Psychologist (HCPC and BPS registered), they act solely as a coach and facilitator within this community setting.

2. What’s Included

As a member, you will receive:

  • Regular live group sessions focused on emotional regulation, connection, and post-traumatic growth.

  • Expert guest workshops on grief, trauma, body-based practices, and nervous system support.

  • Accountability groups for movement and meditation.
  • Access to a private, moderated online community.

  • Optional early-grief check-in sessions every 6 weeks for newer members.

  • Access to monthly relaxed meet up sessions.

3. Your Responsibilities as a Member

To maintain a safe and respectful space, you agree to:

  • Participate at your own pace and seek professional help when needed.

  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of all members.

  • Refrain from sharing any other member’s story or personal details outside the group.

  • Interact with kindness, compassion, and care — no abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.

  • Take care of your own emotional boundaries; you never have to share more than feels safe.

If you are in crisis, please contact a therapist, GP, or a suicide prevention helpline. A list of helplines will be provided within the community area and safe guidelines will be provided of what to do if you are worried about another community member.

4. Community Standards & Confidentiality

  • Community conversations and sessions may include vulnerable sharing. Please honour this with care.

  • Any live sessions held via Zoom may be recorded for members only. Breakout rooms are never recorded.

  • By attending group sessions with your camera or microphone on, you consent to being recorded.

  • Recordings and resources are for your personal use only and may not be shared externally.

5. Technology, Data & Privacy

  • This membership is hosted on Kajabi, a GDPR-compliant platform.

  • Your personal data will be used only to deliver membership services and communication.

  • You may request data deletion or account closure at any time.

6. Cancellation & Payment Terms

  • Membership is billed on a monthly basis at £37/month (unless otherwise stated).

  • The first 31 days are free - payment will be taken thereafter unless you cancel before this time.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date by logging into your account and managing your subscription.

  • No refunds are issued for partial months or retrospective cancellations.

  • If you cancel, access to community materials and calls will end at the close of your current billing cycle.

For cancellation support, email: [email protected]

7. Legal Disclaimer

This membership is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. The facilitator acts as a coach and educator within this space.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your own wellbeing.

  • Release the facilitator and Suicide Grief Support from liability related to your participation.

  • Acknowledge that no outcome is guaranteed and that personal progress depends on many individual factors.
