A Safe, Clear Container for Our Work Together
Welcome to Reclaim You: A 12-Week Suicide Grief Coaching Program. This agreement outlines the scope of support, boundaries, and mutual responsibilities to ensure you feel safe, respected, and informed throughout your journey.
By ticking the agreement checkbox during checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of This Program
This program is a coaching-based group support course that incorporates trauma-informed, EMDR-inspired, and polyvagal-informed education and practices. It is not a substitute for individual psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

This course is for educational, supportive, and personal growth purposes only.

Participation does not constitute a therapeutic relationship.

You are solely responsible for your own mental health and well-being during and after participation.

This course is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any mental health condition.
Although your facilitator is a qualified Counselling Psychologist (HCPC and BPS registered), their professional accreditation applies only to regulated therapeutic work in clinical settings — not within this coaching program.
2. Scope of Support
As a participant, you will have access to:

Weekly recorded content, slides, and handouts.

EMDR-informed and nervous system regulation practices.
-
Parenting and self-reflection tools.
-
Weekly live group coaching via Zoom.
-
Access to a private online community space.
-
A 60-minute onboarding session and a 60-minute closing session approximately six weeks after the course ends.
Your facilitator will:

Provide psychoeducation and coaching tools based on evidence-informed approaches.

Hold compassionate space for your grief and growth.
-
Encourage your autonomy, insight, and emotional resilience.
Your facilitator will not:
-
Provide individualized therapeutic advice or crisis support.

Offer diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical treatment.

Respond to emergency mental health needs.
3. Your Responsibilities as a Participant
By joining this course, you agree to:

Participate at your own pace and seek additional professional support if needed.

Maintain the confidentiality of others in the group and community space.
-
Treat yourself and others with respect and compassion.
-
Not share any participant’s personal stories or identifying information outside the group.
-
Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior.
-
Contact your GP, therapist, or emergency services if you experience a mental health crisis.
4. Community Space & Group Calls
The community space and live calls are intended for connection and group coaching.
You agree to:

Respect your emotional limits and only share what feels safe.
-
Understand that speaking is optional — listening is always enough.

Be aware that live calls are recorded (excluding breakout rooms).
Please note:

The community space is not monitored in real time.
-
If you or someone else appears in distress, please seek external support.
5. Confidentiality & Recordings
Zoom calls are recorded and securely stored on Kajabi for participant access only.

Breakout room conversations are never recorded.
-
Your voice and video may appear in recordings if your camera or mic is on.

By joining full-group sessions, you consent to being recorded.
You agree:

Not to share course recordings or materials outside this program.
-
Not to use another participant’s words, image, or story without permission.
6. Technology & Data Privacy
This course is hosted on Kajabi, a GDPR-compliant platform. Your data is used solely for course delivery and communication.
Kajabi’s full Privacy Policy can be accessed on their website.
7. When to Reach Out for Extra Support
You are encouraged to seek external help if you are:

Experiencing suicidal thoughts or urges to self-harm.

Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or unsafe.

Experiencing a decline in your ability to function day-to-day.
Helpful contacts may include:

Your GP or mental health provider

A therapist or crisis team
-
Local or national suicide prevention services
This course is just one layer of support — not a replacement for professional care.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this digital program and limited group spaces, refunds are not available once the program begins.

9. Legal Disclaimer
This program is not medical, psychological, or clinical treatment.
Although the facilitator is professionally accredited, they are serving in the role of coach and educator within this program.
By enrolling, you agree to:

Take full responsibility for your own emotional and mental well-being.

Hold the facilitator harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.

By ticking the checkbox at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this Participation Agreement. You confirm your voluntary participation and accept full responsibility for your emotional well-being throughout the program.
⚖️ Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, regardless of your country of residence.
