DAY FOUR
Being with people who just 'get it'
IT'S ALL IN THE COMMUNITY.
Why does it feel like this is one community you hate to be in, yet at the same time you need to be in it?
Hear how community has helped me and why it is vital to so many suicide-loss survivors.
Then if you are in the right place today, go and find your community. The community that suits you and helps you feel less alone.
If you have no idea where to start, please get in touch and I'll suggest some services out there.
Ultimately, due to the stigma and shame around suicide we are stronger together.
