DAY ONE

Is time really a healer?

LET'S TALK ABOUT TIME.

We've all heard the saying 'time is a healer' but is it true?

Time takes on a different meaning during grief. We either want time to stand still because we don't want time to pass since we last saw our loved one or we can want time to speed up and make the pain go away.

This video explains why time IS one (but only one) vital ingredient to healing and how to make peace with it.

Time is on your side.
